Private sessions are great for students new to flexibility exercises. These sessions help you build a strong foundation and confidence before taking group classes.
The class starts with a private consultation about exactly what you want to accomplish with the session. You discuss psychological, emotional and physical needs. You may be looking to practice flexibility to relieve stress, increase flexibility, heal an injury, chronic pain or health concern.
The private flexibility instructor designs individualized lessons for your special needs. Such as flexibility programs for achieve splits, alleviating back pain, knee injuries, improve posture and backbends.
The instructor completely focuses on your needs and how to provide the experience you require to master your practice. It can be customized to allow you to practice at your own pace.
The instructor and student connect much more deeply with each other. After you complete your class(s) you can sign up for another one.
